Registration Details

LATE ENTRIES:  (after January 9th , 2026)  - may be accepted at the discretion of the Technical Representative and if space permits in the event. Entries received after the deadline will be subject to an additional fee of $50.

Planned Programs  -  planned programs for Artistic Events must be entered at the time of registration. 

Music for Freeskate, and Sychro programs must be uploaded in MP3 format at the time of registration.  

Please label music as follows: FirstName.LastName.Level.Event

Ex: Jane Smith STAR 4 Freeskate

Music can be updated until the closing date of registrations (January 9th, 2026)

Entries that are required to upload music and planned programs will be prompted to do so. on registration.

Home Club Skate Canada Number is required for all event registrations and purchases.  Please make sure you know your club number before registering for events.

Registration instructions:

Solo Events  - Skaters competing in solo events should register for each event by clicking the "Register" button beside the desired event.  You will be prompted to enter all necessary information.

Couples Pattern Dance Events  - Only one representative of the dance couple should register and pay for the event.  Upon clicking the "Register Button" the representative will be prompted to enter both partners names. Click the "add skater" button to add both skaters' names.

Team Events :

All individual skaters competing in a team element event must pay by registering for the "Team Elements Individual Registration" using a separate registration link.  Skaters do not need to indicate the team they are competing with or the level they are competing in.  

Only one representative from an elements or synchro team should register for the team event.  Upon clicking the "Register Button" the representative will be prompted to enter a skater.  Add a new skater which is the name of the team.  Use the current date for a birthday, and use the club's Skate Canada number. to complete the registration information.

• • Synchro teams - the representative entering the team must pay for the event.  Individual synchro team members do not need to register or pay.
  • Element teams - the representative entering the team must  register and check out, but there is no team registration fee.  

Coach Information  You will be prompted to enter coach information when registering for an event.
